RCEC - Rusk County Electric Cooperative, Inc.
Rusk County Electrive Cooperative is an electric distribution company that serves 18,150 meters in parts of five east Texas counties. Our total utility plant is valued at $62,089,231 which includes 2,765 miles of distribution line and thirteen substations. The cooperative was established in 1937 and is owned and operated by the members that we serve. The cooperative's mission is to promote progress and enhance the quality of life for both those that we serve and the citizens of east Texas.
